We do not retain your personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Contact form submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and are deleted thereafter unless a longer retention period is required by law.

We may share your data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website or handling communications, strictly to the extent necessary and under appropriate data processing agreements. We do not use advertising cookies or behavioural tracking cookies. 10. Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous statistics about page visits, user behaviour, and traffic sources. To do so, Google Analytics places cookies in your browser under the names "_ga" and "_ga_*". No personal data is processed and no advertising tracking takes place. This data is collected by Google Ireland Limited as data processor; processing is carried out in accordance with Google's privacy policy and applicable GDPR requirements. You can accept or decline this analytics on your first visit via the cookie banner. Your choice is stored locally in your browser and can be reset by clearing your site data. If you decline, no data is sent to Google Analytics.
11. Local Storage
We store your cookie-consent preference locally in your browser (not in a cookie) under the key "motto-consent". This is strictly necessary to remember your choice and is not shared with third parties.
