HORECA SUPPLY

Beverage supply for HORECA businesses across Europe

Motto Europa supplies hospitality operators, caterers and the distributors who serve them. The range covers soft drinks, energy drinks, water and iced tea from brands their guests already recognise, bought by the container rather than the case.

We are an independent wholesaler, which means the mix is yours to decide. You choose the brands and formats, and we put the load together and arrange the route behind it.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you send a request

Can I mix brands in one order?
Yes. Each pallet holds a single product, and you combine different pallets to fill the load, so one order can carry several products and brands.
Which countries do you deliver to fastest?
The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France are our core markets, where a confirmed order is usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days. We also ship well beyond them, with the lead time confirmed in your quote.
Can I collect an order myself?
No, orders are not available for collection. Every order is delivered, and we can arrange the transport so the goods and the freight stay on one quote.

HORECA PROCUREMENT

Buying by the container instead of by the case

HORECA purchasing works at container level here. You are not ordering loose cases topped up every week, you are ordering one full load that you compose yourself from the brands and formats that actually move in your venues or in your market. That is a different way of buying than a local drinks merchant, and it produces a different price.

Each pallet holds one product. Within a single container you can combine as many different products and brands as there are pallets, so one load can cover a full drinks list rather than only the top seller. Send us the brands, formats and quantities you need together with the destination country, and we compose the load and quote on that specification.

Once the quote is agreed we issue a pro forma invoice. Payment is made in advance, then we plan the load. Goods and transport sit on one quote and one invoice, so you are not reconciling separate freight notes against a delivery.

THE RANGE

What a HORECA buyer sources from us

We are an independent beverage supplier, not the exclusive distributor of one producer. The range is built around what your guests order rather than around what one manufacturer needs to move. The four groups below are the categories that most often make up a HORECA load.

Soft drinks and mixers
Cola, orange, lemon-lime and mixers from the brands that appear on every menu: Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Fanta, Sprite, Schweppes, Oasis and Fernandes, in PET and can formats.
Energy and sports drinks
Red Bull in the 250ml and 355ml slim cans, including the Editions and Sugarfree lines, alongside value positions such as Slammers and AA Drink for channels where price decides.
Water, iced tea and fruit drinks
Spa in still and sparkling variants, Magic Spring Water in 330ml, 500ml and 1.5L PET, the Lipton and Fuze Tea iced tea lines, and Capri-Sun and Maaza where a fruit position is needed.
Foodservice packaging
Takeaway containers, aluminium foil rolls, pizza boxes and disposables from the Magic line, so packaging travels in the same container as the drinks instead of becoming a second order.

DELIVERY AND DISTRIBUTION

From our warehouse in Bergen op Zoom to your market

We work from Bergen op Zoom, with both a customs warehouse and an excise warehouse on site. Goods can be stored and moved with import duty and excise suspended, and those charges fall due only when the goods are released for consumption. For a distributor buying for more than one market, that is working capital left in the business.

The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France are our core markets, where a confirmed order is usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Beyond them we ship full containers regularly to the United Kingdom, Turkey, Morocco and Eastern Europe, with the lead time confirmed in your quote.

Beverages are supplied with or without deposit-return coding depending on the market they will be sold in. Give us the destination country with your enquiry and the correct coding is priced into the quote, instead of turning into a problem after the load has arrived.
